So enjoy! // Kenny Dahlström Kontakt

"The Iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and listen to all kinds of talk, get told that you're a god or a total bastard. The Iron will always kick you the real deal. The Iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in the pitch black. I have found the Iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds."
"The size of your success is measured by the strength of your desire; the size of your dream; and how you handle disappointment along the way." - Robert Kiyosaki
"If you don´t live for something you´ll die for nothing."
"You have to do what others won't to achieve what others don't."
"Far better is it to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs, even though checkered by failure...than to rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy much nor suffer much, because they live in a gray twilight that knows not victory nor defeat."
-Theodore Roosevelt"Nothing is over until you stop trying."
"You are the architect of your own destiny."
"Everything you do, every decision you make, either takes you a step closer or a step further away from your goal. You either grow or you regress; nothing stands still."
"When I stand before God at the end of my life, I would hope that I would not have a single bit of talent left, and could say, "I used everything you gave me."
"Too many people make excuses as to why they “cant” or how they “don’t have time”. If your body and health is important to you, then make it a priority and become consistent." - IFBB PRO Stan McQuay
"If it is important to you, you will find a way.
If not, you'll find an excuse.""Visualize this thing that you want, see it, feel it, believe in it. Make your mental blue print, and begin to build."
- Robert Collier“People often say that motivation doesn’t last. Well, neither does bathing – that’s why we recommend it daily.”
- Zig Ziglar"Do not go where the path may lead; go instead where there is no path and leave a trail"
"People are always blaming their circumstances for what they are. I don't believe in circumstances. The people who get on in this world are the people who get up and look for the circumstances they want, and, if they can't find them, make them."
- G.B. Shaw"The pain of disipline is far less than the pain of regret"
"The finest steel has to go through the hottest fire."
"Confront the dark parts of yourself, and work to banish them with illumination and forgiveness. Your willingness to wrestle with your demons will cause your angels to sing. Use the pain as fuel, as a reminder of your strength."
"I wake up every day with the realization that this is it, that there's only one shot at this life and I can either enjoy the ride and live it to its fullest and to my highest potential or I can stay the way I am. "
"Strength is a matter of the made-up mind." - John Beecher
"Through my illness I learned rejection. I was written off. That was the moment I thought, Okay, game on. No prisoners. Everybody's going down." - Lance Armstrong
"Don’t limit yourself. Many people limit themselves to what they think they can do. You can go as far as your mind lets you. What you believe, remember, you can achieve."
- Mary Kay Ash"You are the architect of your own destiny."
"It's a dream until you write it down, and then its a goal."
-
"There are only two options regarding commitment, You're either in or your out. There's no such thing as life in between."
"Offseason does not mean everyday is a carb load."
"You look in the mirror, and you ask yourself; I am the best? The answer should always be no. Is there someone better out there? The answer should be always be yes. But then everyday you look at that reflection and you say that is who I must beat, I train to beat them. Then one day you beat them; so you find another. There is always someone you need to beat, even if that person ends up being you in the end, suppress yourself and never f**king quit and never accept that you are the best and there is nothing more you can accomplish. On this team, in my weight room, I never want to hear the words 'I am satisfied'. If you squat 405 for the first time I want you to wipe the puke off yourself come over and write down your new goal. Complacency has no place in sports or life. When you think your the best I guarantee that the someone will come over and knock your ass down. You know why? Because he was never satisfied with being the what he thought was his best and kept training like he did in the first place. There is no my best. There is only my former best and my new goal."
"I can't stand people who whing and b**ch about not being able to
Lose weight, Build Muscle, get healthy etc...Or they complain about
not having enough time to Workout, Prepare meals, Shop for healthy
foods, Workout a plan that works for them....Nobody has the time to do any of this..Not even me..but what seperates
us from the rest is we are willing to sacrifice our time for what we love. The feeling you get after a big workout where you have just hit a 1 rep max
on your squat, or pumped out more reps than you ever have before..This is
the feeling we all strive for..To know we have pushed our body to its
extreme limits and knowing that next week this workout wouldnt matter...
Its all about your next workout...Thats all that matters..While you eat your chips and chocolates and then make some pathetic attempt
to go for a walk and then eat oily food afterwards, we are busy preparing meals with
healthy carbs, healthy fats, and more protein than you will eat in 1 day...Not because we want
to, but because it is who we are...This is what will seperate us from the average!"
"The last three or four reps is what makes the muscle grow. This area of pain divides the champion from someone else who is not a champion. That's what most people lack, having the guts to go on and just say they'll go through the pain no matter what happens." - Arnold Schwarzenegger
"Success is no accident. It is hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrifice and most of all, love of what you are doing or learning to do." - Pele
"You start with a dream. But without hard work, you may end up with nothing but the dream. Hold onto your dreams. They're important. The ideal situation, however, is to go out and make those dreams come true. Only you can do this; nobody else can do it for you. If you're willing to work hard and make the necessary sacrifices, you can do it. Hard work's
constant companion is sacrifice. To get the edge, you have to be willing to pay the price for success. This means practicing according to a schedule, and not when you feel like it or when it's convenient. If you're serious about reaching your goal, you must be willing to practice when you'd rather be doing something else. Make the sacrifice. Work hard. Do what it takes
in practice to be a winner."
The Edge by Howard E. Ferguson"The greatest oak was once a little nut who held its ground"
"Limitations are for people that have them and excuses are for people that need them."
"There is no such thing as perfection or being the best. You can always be better and someone is always better than you. Therefor your goal in life should be simple...strive to beat everyone and do not stop until you do!"
"If you are going to win any battle, you have to do one thing. You have to make the mind run the body. Never let the body tell the mind what to do... the body is never tired if the mind is not tired."
-General George S. Patton"Every passing minute is another chance to turn it all around"
"In the confrontation between the stream and the rock, the stream always wins- not through strength but by perseverance." H. Jackson Brown
"Mirrors dont show progress, they just show how much work is left to do"

"Suffer the pain of discipline or suffer the pain of regret"
"Every morning in Africa a gazelle wakes up. It knows it must move faster than the lion or it will not survive. Every morning a lion wakes up and it knows it must move faster than the slowest gazelle or it will starve. It doesn't matter if you are the lion or the gazelle, when the sun comes up, you better be moving."
"Each workout is like a brick in a building, and every time you go in there and do a half-ass workout, you're not laying a brick down. Somebody else is." - Dorian Yates
"If you think the pain of making a necessary change is too much for you to endure, wait until you one day experience the pain of having not changed, and when there's not enough time in your life left to take back control of where you are, how you are and what you are."
-
"Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. The slogan, 'press on' has solved, and always will solve, the problems of the human race." - Calvin Coolidge
"Pain is temporary. It may last a minute, or an hour, or a day, or a year, but eventually it will subside and something else will take its place. If I quit, however, it lasts forever." -Lance Armstrong
"This is your life, and it's ending one minute at a time."
"Keep on going, and the chances are that you will stumble on something, perhaps when you are least expecting it. I never heard of anyone ever stumbling on something sitting down."
- Charles F. Kettering"Everything you want is out there waiting for you to ask. Everything you want also wants you. But you have to take action to get it." - Jack Canfield
"There is no failure except in no longer trying."
“Of every one hundred men, Ten shouldn't even be there, Eighty are nothing but targets, Nine are real fighters...We are lucky to have them...They make the battle. Ah, but the One, One of them is a Warrior...and He will bring the others back." -Hericletus (circa 500 B.C.)
"The difference between who you are and who you want to be...
Is what you do.""What we think or what we believe is, in the end, of little consequence. The only thing of consequence is what we do." - John Ruskin
"The rewards for those who persevere far exceed the pain that must precede the victory."
"You are what your deep, driving desire is.
As your desire is, so is your will.
As your will is, so is your deed.
As your deed is, so is your destiny""If you have made mistakes, there is always another chance for you. You may have a fresh start any moment you choose, for this thing we call 'failure' is not the falling down, but the staying down."
- Mary Pickford"When things go wrong as they sometimes will;
When the road you're trudging seems all uphill;
When the funds are low, and the debts are high
And you want to smile, but have to sigh;
When care is pressing you down a bit-
Rest if you must, but do not quit.
Success is failure turned inside out;
The silver tint of the clouds of doubt;
And you can never tell how close you are
It may be near when it seems so far;
So stick to the fight when you're hardest hit-
It's when things go wrong that you must not quit.""Your training partner's name is pain. You start out trying to ignore him. Can't do it. You attempt to reason with him. No way. You try to strike a bargain. Hah. You plead. You say "Please stop, please go away. I promise never ever to do this again if you just leave me alone." But he won't. Pain only climbs off if you do. Then you're beaten. " - Scott Martin

- Marcia Wieder"Men do less than they ought, unless they do all they can."
- Thomas Carlyle"To give anything less than your best is to sacrifice the gift."
"I´m not like everyone. I don´t live like they live. I don´t eat what they eat. No donuts. No coffee with cream and two sugars. No morning papers. It´s 6:52 am and I'm on my second meal. While everyone else is hitting the snooze, I´m hitting my stride. No coffee breaks. No weekends. No sick days. What do I do? I´m building my body, it´s a job.
The day doesn´t start at 9 and it won´t end at 5. It starts from the time I open my eyes and it ends the time I shut them. I live it 24/7. This is a job. This is my life!" -

This area of pain divides a champion from someone who is not a champion. That's what most people lack, having the guts to go on and just say they'll go through the pain no matter what happens. I have no fear of fainting. I do squats until I fall over and pass out. So what? It's not going to kill me. I wake up five minutes later and I'm OK. A lot of other athletes are afraid of this. Helt slut. Och inte bara fysiskt utan också mentalt. … Continue reading
Lite snack i halvtid
Continue reading
Men. Det är under normala förhållanden och det … Continue reading
Continue reading
