Quitting coffee had a great effect on my fat reserve; I have no headache anymore so I will stick to Green Tea some months more. I’ll get back within 2 weeks with a new combination of pills to test. I’ll have to figure out what to try next? I have made some conclusions that I will write about in the meanwhile.

When eating Yohimbe are I forced to quit coffee, I replaced it with strong green tea witch also might be good for weight loss?

I usually brew my coffee in a presso brewer so I tried to brew tea in it instead. So I bought lose green tea (not in tea bags). I filled the presso brewer with tea, same amount as used to brew 1 cups of coffee. This was a lucky mistake to try the presso brewer because this was a total overdose and the green tea became really strong, I could not see the bottom of the cup! It was like 10 cups of tea in one cup but still tasted good because it was green tea that usually is kind of weak. And it is 5-6 times cheaper also with loose tea so this is definitely something I will continue to drink after the Yohimbe cure.

I have been reading about Breast Enlargement Cream, Serum and Pills and I must say that the information on the net on then mechanism behind this topic is far more convincing than the corresponding info regarding how the male organ grows.

The main ingredient in breast enlargement is Phytoestrogens from a compound of different plants. One such plant is White Kwao Krua (Pueraria mirifica), it is a herb rich on Phytoestrogens like Miroestrol, Deoxymiroestrol and isoflavones like Genistein, Daidzein, Daidzin, Genistin and Coumesterol. Miroestrol, Deoxymiroestrol possesses high estrogenic activity due to structural similarity to estradiol.

Googling and reading about “Breast Enlargement Cream” and “Pueraria mirifica” gives a picture that the mechanism behind enlargement is that adipose tissue increases from estrogen and progesterone effects.

However in the penis is it almost no adipose tissue (fat cells) that could grow locally from this effect. It would for sure increased the flaccid size in that case.

Phytoestroges can however have good effect on male anyway since they will block the estrogen receptors thus making the testosterone effect relativity larger. Phytoestrogens in male do also reduce the conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone. There are estrogen receptors in the penis so a cream could block these. But what effect will it have?

Hardest thing will be to keep me from drinking coffee while taking Yohimbe since it?s a MAO-inhibitor.

Almost in the end of the horse dose trial period (4 days left) did I have some strange results? The length was easy 18.2-18.3 cm? This is surprising to me since I was so convinced these legal supplements would give nothing? But I can?t continue to eat 31 pills/day because it was expensive, I will have to cut down and continue with some of them trying to isolate the ones that are active?

I do really have to re-consider the whole supplement thing, because all “legal” supplements do probably have a very weak effect that is exaggerated like 95%, sure there are some with a noticeable effect. But even I who eat 31 pills/day in a strong dose do not feel any different? I could at least expect some pain in the kidneys or something, but I feel nothing. So I will probably stop eating any supplements at all for the rest of my life after this. From the VigRX pills did I at least feel some pain in my intestines, probably because they did contain bull hormone extract or something…?

Even though I take these 31 pills/day I feel almost no effect? It seems like I gained some weight though, taking on water maybe? Too poor though hat it’s not my penis that is taking on the water! Seems to be the belly?

But at least did I have one of my top three cum shots in my life today, so that is a good effect. I did shoot like a porn star!
